In step 3 you set up your first capture page. Now let’s get
that capture page in front of the eyes of a lot of people.
The first thing you need to do is create a free account at Traffic Hoopla. This service will serve 2 purposes for you:
1) It will keep you up-to-date on the best traffic exchanges
and safe lists.
2) It will serve as a down-line builder for you. And that will
create leverage – which means more traffic for your
clicks.
Once you have an account with Traffic Hoopla, you should join
all the Traffic Exchanges under the “1st Join” tab. Then you
should join about 5 of the Traffic Exchanges under “2nd Join.”
Under “3rd Join,” I recommend you join at least one safelist.
I highly recommend “List Joe.”
Make sure to post the link that you created yesterday under your
“My Links” area in the back office of each Traffic Exchange.
Then make sure you either auto-assign your credits or periodically
assign them manually.
When using Firefox, bookmark all 10 of your Traffic Exchanges in one folder, then in that folder, click on “Open All in Tabs.”
This will open all 10 of your Traffic Exchanges in one internet
browsing window, and you can surf all 10 of them at once.
Make a goal for yourself to surf about 100 sites per day in each
Traffic Exchange. As you get referrals in Traffic Hoopla, you will
start earning more credits for each site that you visit.
When you start making affiliate commissions with the Mastermind
system, re-invest some of that money into upgrades on your
Traffic Exchanges and Safelists.
That’s what you call Smart Business.
When you are done setting up your Traffic Exchange and List Builder leverage machine, go here for Step 6 of this training.
Here’s the next decision you need to make. You need to decide if
you’re going to get an auto-responder or not. In order to build
your own list, you need your own auto-responder.
If you don’t want to get an auto-responder, you can still build a
business with the Mastermind System. So just click on “Start Here”
in your Mastermind back office and complete the steps in Level 1.
If you DO want to build your own list with your own auto-responder
(which I highly recommend for all serious internet marketers),
the first thing you need to do is complete the steps in Level 2
under “Start Here” in your back office. Level 2 will show you how
to set up a campaign with AWeber or GetResponse.
Level 2 of the Mastermind training is all about setting up an auto-responder follow up series that will automatically be sent to people on your list. The great thing about the Mastermind system is that all you have to do is paste a code into your Aweber or GetResponse account, and you will have an unbelievably high quality email series that will be delivered automatically. If you don’t use the Mastermind system, you will have to create your own messages.
Make sure you watch all of the Level 1 and Level 2 trainings in
your Mastermind back office. This will make everything a lot easier
for you.
Once you have created your auto-responder series, make sure to paste the auto-responder code into the appropriate location in your capture page. They show you exactly how to easily do that in the Level 2 training in the Mastermind system.
Once you have set up your auto-responder messages, go here for Step 5 of this training.
In the Mastermind system, you will be able to create as many capture pages as you want. You can use one of the high quality pages that are already created for you, or you can create your own custom page. Either way, you can put your own videos and your own links into any of the capture pages to ensure that you are only branding YOURSELF. This is part of the genius of this system.
In order to create your own capture page with the Mastermind system, go to “Start Here” in your back office. Then watch the Level 1 training.
If you don’t use the Mastermind system, you will either have to get a capture page creator, learn HTML coding, or use another system that allows you to create multiple, customized capture pages. DO NOT use a system that only contains generic capture pages. That is BAD marketing and will make you look JUST LIKE everyone else.

Welcome to Step 1 of this step-by-step training. This step is all about making the decision that you’re gonna’ dedicate yourself for the next 6 weeks to mastering the art of Traffic Exchange and List Builder marketing.
There’s no way that you can go in for 3 days or even a week and
start making thousands of dollars. It’s not gonna happen. If it was
that easy, everybody would be doing it. And we know that’s not the
case. We call people that think like this “Dabblers.” They try every
internet marketing strategy there is, and they give up on one after
a few days because their bank account isn’t magically starting to
inflate overnight.
What sets the true “money-makers” apart on the internet is one key
attribute: PERSISTENCE. In order to set yourself apart, you have to
become a Master. You have to pick one strategy, and you have to
MASTER that strategy.
Today you have to make the decision that you are going to Master
Traffic Exchanges and List Builders. I’m telling you right now, if you make that decision today, and you follow this step-by-step Mastermind plan, you WILL become a master. I got a call today from a tele-network marketer. I understand why people do the whole cold-calling thing, but this guy totally sucked. First of all, I think this guy’s been calling me for weeks now. But when I get the old “unavailable” number on my caller ID, I do what most people do when they don’t want to be bothered. I let the phone ring.
So today I got sick of seeing that unavailable number. Mind you, I don’t get a lot of calls on my home line. I have a cell phone for personal calls, and I have a phone number through Skype on my computer for my business calls. So in order to end these “unavailable calls” on my home phone, I decided to pick it up the call today.
“Hello?” I asked. The caller on the line replied, “Hi Jason. This is … (I don’t remember his name. I kind of wish I did so I could find him and let him know what a jackass he can be on the phone). And then he said, “Are you still with Carbon Copy Pro?”
I answered, “I was never with Carbon Copy Pro.” So he said, “That’s weird, I have you on my list as being from Carbon Copy Pro.”
I guess this was his way of making small talk. But I had no time for this. My wife is sick. And I’m trying to take care of her and be a good husband and don’t want to deal with this guy who obviously doesn’t care if he’s annoying and bothersome or not.
So I said “I’m not really interested” in order to let him know that I want to get off the phone, but not in a rude way (that’s not my style) or anything. Just wanted to let him know that I wasn’t interested in what he had to sell me.
So he replied: “You’re not interested in Carbon Copy Pro? But I’m not in Carbon Copy Pro.”
And I said, “I’m not interested in Carbon Copy Pro.”
So he quickly and not-so-politely replied, “I don’t like your attitude!” and hung up on me.
I just kind of laughed. It was kind of annoying, but I have more sympathy than disdain for this guy.
You see, I was once in this guy’s boat. I too, once was a guy who called people who didn’t want to be called. I was also once a starter of awkward, annoying, and pointless conversations.
I never hated what I did as much as I did when I cold called network marketing and home business leads. No matter what your lead source tells you, these people DON’T want to hear from you. They DON’T want to hear about your opportunity.
And the other reason I have sympathy for this guy is because I know he is kind of limited in his choices of marketing. He can either:
1) Approach his friends and family
2) Find people in the community
3) Or Market Online
I don’t think I have to get into the negatives of 1 or 2, so obviously choice #3 is the only one left.
And the greatest part of internet marketing is that every person I talk to actually wants to talk to me. I don’t know about you, but I never want to talk to people who don’t want to talk with me. I want to have enjoyable conversations with people who want to have them with me.
And that’s what internet and attraction marketing marketing is all about.
OK. Now that we know that we want to market online. The question now becomes: how do we market online?
Enjoy. And take this extremely seriously. This is exactly what you should be using to build and fund your network marketing organization until you are making at least $10,000 a month.
If you’re in contact with a lot of internet marketers, you will hear a lot of opinions about traffic exchanges. Some people like them, but mostly you will hear criticism.
You will hear people say that it takes too much time to click for credits, and the quality of traffic that you get isn’t worth the time that you invest.
You will hear that the traffic isn’t as targeted as other traffic sources like Pay-Per-Click or Search Engine Marketing.
Some of the critiques of traffic exchanges are well-founded, but I’d like to throw a big BUT into the mix.
Here is the real question: Is it possible to use traffic exchanges to generate leads and sales for your business?
And the overwhelming answer is YES.
BUT, you MUST use them the right way. You see, most people on traffic exchanges already have a business, and most of them are just visiting your website because they are trying to earn credits so other people will visit THEIR site.
BUT that doesn’t mean they aren’t willing to try a good solution if you are offering them one.
And in my opinion you are getting targeted traffic. But you should tailor your offer to match the kind of traffic you are getting. In the case of traffic exchanges, you’re getting home business owners to click on your site.
So as long as you are offering quality solutions to home business owners, and doing it with an effective squeeze page that lets others opt in to your mailing list, there is no reason why anyone should say that traffic exchanges can’t be an effective marketing source.
And you have the option of getting free traffic if you have a small or non-existent marketing budget (I do recommend you upgrade to become a paying member to a good traffic exchange or 2 in order to get more traffic for your time spent surfing).
So there it is. I think traffic exchanges are a great “spoke” to have in your overall marketing “wheel.”
